When should you pop the question

My thoughts exactly. We're planning a trip to New Hamsphire Labor Day weekend and I have an absolutely beautiful place in mind. It's probably gonna happen.

When should you pop the question

OK, I'm looking for some opinions here. I've been dating my girlfriend since Valentines Day. We have so much in common it's eerie sometimes. The M word has already come up several times and we both want it, but neither of us feel in any hurry. My question-if you both want the same thing...

    Linux HELP!!!

OK. I am into a RH9 server remotely using SSH. I did the su thing. Now when I try to run anything other than basic stupid commands it tells me command not found. Am I doing something dumb, or is this just a security thing and I've got ssh configured wrong? Thanks :smash:

    Help!

Is the MB Bios seeing the drive, or does it still see the 40 and 20? If it doesn't see the new drive, try going into the BIOS setup and changing the hard drive type for the Primary IDE (the first one) to "Auto". Actually, set both primary drives to "Auto" and let it redetect everything.

    Redhat Linux 9 DNS

OK. BIND 9 just sucks for some reason. Went to 8.4.1 and all my problems went away. It does the zone transfer from the Windows 2000 box just fine. Now I just can't get the forwarders to work right.

    Redhat Linux 9 DNS

Thanks. It should work as a standard secondary. I believe the only difference between an AD DNS and a standard Win2k primary DNS is that AD stores the info in Active Directory and a Standard Primary stores it in a zone file. You can do Zone transfers from an AD DNS to a Win2k secondary. I'll...

    Redhat Linux 9 DNS

OK I got myself into it now. First of all, I'm back after a long momentary lapse of reason. Secondly, I've got to bring up 2 Linux 9 DNS servers. Has anybody ever set one of these up as a secondary (slave) to a Windows 2000 Active Directory DNS server? After copious amounts of alcohol it...

I set up a new server at work

You rebel you You like stirring up trouble, don't you? Is that approved hardware? Is the OS approved? Best of all, can the other sites see that it exists? Just think of the trouble you could cause if you could get a cable or dsl line in there (for redundancy, of course).

HELP I was attacked by a tech guy...

After it asked for the driver disk and the Win98 cd and you rebooted, did the ethernet card show up in the device manager??? It should have been there with no exclamation points, red x's, question marks, etc. Normally, the only slots that are not useable would be shared ISA/PCI or PCI/AGP...

    Router Question

I'd go with the router. whether you leave the software on the 'puters or not is up to you. It may not add much beyond what the router can do, but it won't hurt.
