Tracing IP's

Does anyone here know how to trace an IP? I managed to do a DNS Reverse Lookup to get the server they use, but I was wondering if anyone knew how to get the actual name of the person?

NeoTrace or similar may do it. You can also go to network solutions and do a whois. You can find the technical and admin contacts for the said domain this way.

Postal got it right, Neotrace is a good way or doing a whois at NS.

I only have the IP - I can't see how to do a whois at netsol??
