I want a laptop SO bad! Unfortunately I have to think of how i can get the most for my money, something that is gonna last me all the way through my six years of uni HOPEFULLY or atleast something that can be easily upgraded.....

So, I am going with a Athlon XP 2200+ prolly and I am gonna get a LCD display (not enough room on my desk for this huge monitor). The whole system (including monitor) will cost me less than a laptop with a XP 1800+

I wish this was my personal laptop. It rocks, watching dvd and all. Also tested the cdrw and it burns great, only at 8x though.
I should have my extra 256mb stick in the next couple of days. then there shouldnt be anything i cant do with it.
