According to the first tech I talked to when calling them, I could've preordered it so that I wouldn't have to wait so long to get it come the 17th... But the second time I called, they said I wouldn't be able to preorder it.
Some confusion up there, but I'm willing to give them the benefit of the doubt as long as they get it straightened out in the end.
Not necessarily true this time. You see, since we already receive cable TV, if they come over here and tell us we're out of reach, I'm gonna shove my fist so far down the tech's throat that I'd reach the ground, cause it would be complete bullshit.
