I just tried this really cool html editor called Selida 2. The link is: http://www.amaryllis.8m.com/
What I like about it is that it has a preview pane that shows the changes you make in real time while editing the html source. I made something real quick a few minutes ago and was able to see the changes the second I changed the code. This is neato.
