Searching For Half Motorcycle, Half Scooter™

I saw this commercial on cable just tonight... it featured a guy in a sportbike waiting for a traffic light. What pulls up right next to him is a smaller version of his bike in a scooter type form.

Now, I'm almost sure that this is a European machine. I don't think many of you guys will have it in the USA.

Can anyone identify the machine I am talking about?

I checked Italjet and they aren't the manufacturers.

I've looked around here and there, but couldn't find anything like you descriped...the closest thing was the BMW C1, but that probably wasn't what you meant...
