For some reason it seems to refuse to work in Win98, but NT4 & 2K should be sweet.
In the registry, go to
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\RunServices
& add a key. Can be any name you like but the value needs to be the path of the program you want to run. You'll find a few there already that you'll recognise & maybe wondered why you could never find the start-up command for them before..
