Am wondering how I get my puter do delete all my passwords and then start all over again and remember them. Without a reformat!

in IE:

Internet Options>Content>AutoComplete>Clear Passwords>Ok

Internet Options (under Tools Menu)>Content (Tab)>AutoComplete (button)>Clear Passwords (button)>Ok (button)

Not sure if that setting effects WIndows itself (Probably though...hehe) but just in case, you could do a search on your system for *.pwl and delete them.

That is for IE only. I made an assumption that is what he was looking for. I should have clarified that.
