That's the question as I am on a 15 at the moment while the wife has my 19 and my 17 is doing something else.

Resolutions smaller than 1024x768 piss me off. That's just because I have to design web pages for the lowest common denominator and small resolutions tend to be way too limiting.

Using a 17" Vivitron now its 5-6 years old, still keeping up. Needed to clean dust out of it few times. The cleaning solved some technical problems it had, that otherwise would of thought to replace it. Cleaning the dust out of the regular TVs including a Big screen one, also solved technical troubles. Saved $$ not having to repair them.
A Monitor saw at the store, ViewSonic brand was impressive. Even though wasn't in the market for a new monitor seriously considered replacing this one. Viewsonic colors are magnitudes more brighter. Viewsonic prices are even lower then other monitors.

woahhhhh OUTLAW......a 19 foot monitor?

Some of the CAD programs I use don't do well with higher resolutions

ViewSonic G810-4 21"
1280 X 1024 @ 85 Hz - 120% Font Size on Windows 2000 (Looks better than 98)

I'm trying to convince my dad to trade with me for his office monitor which is a 18" LCD that's casing is transparent. I don't quite know what it is but it's nice and big.
