Looking For A Distinctive Sound Effect™

My girlfriend is going to DJ at one of the most popular clubs in town and I need a very distinctive sound effect for her introduction... think of something really kick-ass that everyone will remember so every time she goes on thereafter, people will know it's her!

I got this idea from a local DJ that usually plays a police siren for 30 seconds before his set and that's the same thing I'm looking for except BETTER!!!

Can you guys help me out!

I downloaded it and listened to it... as much as I like it, I don't think it sounds right for her.
