I met a new beer

Even though im not a real beer drinker, I found one i really like.
Its a ROBUST Porter made by Crooked River. Its a big beer so only 2-3 will do at a time. They even have a web site. Crooked River

I used to drink Crooked River beers all the time when I lived in Ohio....pretty nice.

Aren't all rivers crooked?

I'd give anything to drink a real beer again; NYC is flooded with piss water beer so I've been sticking to wodka since I've been back.

Perhaps it means that the river is underhanded or a swindler. Crooked doesn't instantly mean a physical description... but then again... 95% of the way things are named out there use inane and vapid methods; like saying the all too obvious 'crooked river'.

I heard on the radio today, 'bout a new, "beer-flavored" water.
Don't know what they meant by, "new", Coors Light has had one fer years! Myself, I prefer Bass. The English jus' know how to do it!
