Doesn't UBB store the sig in the post itself? The version I last saw did so at least, it sucked...

5.x and earlier stored the sigs with the posts themselves. UBB 6 started storing sigs separate from posts. Now if only the sigs would update when the user updated them, like they do in vBulletin
