Got the transmission all rebuilt in the Parisienne

Stepped on the brake pedal ... and blew out a metal line. no rest for the weary.

Ouch. Mine's starting to feel like something like that is about to happen. It's seriously bad

I've been suspicious of the lines since I bought it, and already had plans to redo the lot properly. Right now, I'm looking for the new ni-copper lines that apparently have been the norm in europe for the last 10 years. Kills me that .. in Detroit I was right next to a company that specializes in them .. didn't even know.
