For those who have trouble cleaning out their hard drives

Here's an easier way-leave the side off your case & occasionally spray it will really overpriced canned air

I used sandpaper be-cause I was out of floss. I didn't think it mattered.

It matters! The tutorial was quite specific about using the proper floss....no wonder your drive is acting up.

I've heard that silly putty & "pam" work real well

That was in case any of the screws wouldn't go back in place or if you needed to make one fit.
