I find that bar-B-Qing a walkman or some similar small, outdated device keeps them appeased.

It's from a old Compaq. The customer bought a cheap AT power supply off the Internet to replace the old one. Less than two days after installing it, it blew and well as doing this to the motherboard.

that mobo is awfully clean looking to be old, i think my components get dustier than that moving them from the shipping box into my case

The two below it are buggered as well. And I'd be suprised if one of the rectifiers didn't take a whack when it capped off.
