Interesting... I've had nothing but trouble with any drive other than my IBM. Every time my Linux box crashes (which is not often), I get one of those "Primary Master Failure" black screens of death, so I have to start the thing up while tapping on the POS quantum drive if I want it to boot...

I agree with most of his points, but I do not need Windows XP. And I doubt Microsoft is even going to read that letter. Let's all switch to Linux while Microsoft still doesn't own everybody and their mothers! :D

As far as I know, the rumor was false because the only version that has been put out so far is for the PPC
