    Backup Mail, Faves. WAB

That could come in handy, seeing as I reinstall operating systems just about every week or two

Any of you Windows gurus got an explanation for this?

Yep, I tried that, autohiding the taskbar, resizing the taskbar, unlocking the taskbar, rebooting, doing a system restore, etc... I'm probably going to build a new system from scratch. This one has got something wrong with it internally, because you just can't screw up every OS you install on...

Any of you Windows gurus got an explanation for this?

Now that I'm on XP, I have a completely new problem with the taskbar. I'll let the screenshot speak for itself.

if you have the option of setting up windows or linux for your dedicated genomer...

Strangely enough, I use mine all the time and everything else in the system (IE, Explorer, mIRC, ICQ, Outlook express, etc) crashes before Genome ever blinks.

    Genome@Home priority question

Believe it or not, that task manager crashed when I tried to set Genome's priority higher. But I've had Win2k and installed XP since I posted this message - the built-in task manager does a nice job of letting me set the client's priority, and those things that used to oddly take up the CPU...

    Ok who is crunching what?

45ghz is still a hell of a number, even if it's only a potential, to be able to brag about.

    Lost the K6 233, but...

Nope, there were just a lot of parts that I had to replace that were hard to find (and thus, expensive) Plus the fact that he bought a lot of games off of me.

    Somebody shoot me

In XP, the speaker does emit some beeps, so I'm pretty sure the speaker isn't dead. It's silent enough to appear that way in Win2k though, and I'd be fooled into thinking so if it weren't for the fact that the post beep works

    SafeWeb ain't all that

It's not like they have many options to work with. They have to comply with the law whenever the law tells them they need to comply. Every web site controlled in the USA does. There's just more attention brought to the fact that the logs are kept for so many days because the sole business of...

    I AM QUALIFIED FOR DSL!@#

I got the self-install kit today. Now I have to wait for the Service Completion Date (I guess fancy talk for the DSL guy coming here and taking 2 hours to turn a switch I could locate and turn in 5 minutes over the phone) :cry2:

Social Worker Goes on Trial for Raping the Father of Her Children

I bet that kid felt lucky to have had a chance to fondle a 19 year old's firm, young breasts at that point in his life, even if it did mean her sick, sorry ass is going to jail/prison/wherever. :retard:
