I'd like an Abit ST6 or an ST6-raid, either one would be fine. Need it to put a Celeron 566@850 on and have the possibility to upgrade to a Tualatin P3.

I also might think about WD's 120 gig hard drive. On some benchmark I found at either Toms or Anand's, their 1000BB scored nicely on some intensive hard drive benchies, as in it got the highest maintained read/write speed of all the drives they tested

I tried it that way and my temps were higher :(

Actually, I do defrag my 54 gig partition every month or so, but I reinstall Windows more often than that on my 4 gig partition most of the time, so I don't bother defragging it

yeah, I'm going with Seagate for my next drive. Even though IBMs are decently fast, the way they treat their customers is just ridiculous. But for the record, I still haven't had any trouble with my 75gxp. :shrug:

I must be one lucky bitch, cause I have not had one bit of trouble with my IBM 60 gig, and it's supposedly one of the more "failure prone" versions of the 75gxp
