So far I really like their service. Live chat advised me the address to email to get removed from the Port 25 (outgoing email) filter, and so I did, and I was exempt from this filter, which is apparently not necessarily intended to restrict users to using only their email servers, a day earlier...

for future reference if the DNS goes down, the IP is 64.21.151.95 but I doubt the IP will get you anywhere any faster if the server itself is down.
