    Bitboys live!

Remember them? Circa 2000 "Sure, we can deliver a vid card that can run Q3A over 300 fps...but unfortunately there's no hardware out there to implement this." It seems they're not dead yet. http://www.aceshardware.com/forum/?read=65026460

    Greetings from Class

Who woulda thunk installing NT4 Server Enterprise and VMWare 3 could be so much fun. I'm the only one who's completely installed a virtual NT machine; other people are having problems with VMWare with networking drivers being corrupted and hosing their 2000 machines. Sigh, 3 more hours to go. :(

I'm back at 250 Vesey Street

Also known as 4 World Financial Center and Merrill Lynch's North Tower. It feels weird to be back; most of my friends/co-worker's are still at Merrill's other building on Broadway and won't be back over here for a couple of weeks. The place where I used to pay $2 for a cup of coffee is gone...

Anyone try AvsP2 with less than 16mB of vidRam?

I was staying away from this title because neither my laptop nor auntie's pos Gateway had more than 8mB of VRAM, but after reading this review, I picked it up today at J&R. If the celery laptop with Intel graphics can get 20-25 fps at decent visuals; my lappy should be just about equal (I...

All right; if you peeps can get away from the turkey table for one bloody minute

Our prof from school a couple weeks ago asked us this problem. Basically it's our Netware 5 course and we pretty much have learned everything so we had some extra time. He posed us this question. Company Acme HQ'ed in Chicago has 2,000 users (on one network) and has affiliate offices in...

    What a laugh riot!

Those crapintosh fanatics trying to stir up some shit over @ OCN When are they going to get a clue? I have to figure out what my p/w is over there; strange how it doesn't appear to be one of the ones I use often.

    You heard it here first!

Don't go to the bathroom on October 28th. CIA intelligence reports that a major plot is planned for that day. Anyone who takes a poop on the 28th will be bitten on the ass by an alligator. Reports indicate that organized groups of alligators are planning to rise up into unsuspecting...
