I'm running Norton Internet Security 2002. I installed it and it ran fine and I was able to change settings and stuff. Then I reinstalled Windows and NIS, but now for I'm not able to use it as a supervisor. This means that I can't change any of the settings, or even uninstall. What can I do?!?

I have a Windows Media Audio/Video file that I want to burn onto a disk so I can play it on my DVD player. I tried using Nero, but I'm told that the file is not supported or something. What would you recommend (and don't say CloneCD, if you were thinking about it).

I'm run two Genome windows and occasionally one of them will close. If I restart the closed window, it will continue processing right where it left off so I know that it is not a corrupt gene. So why the hell does the window close? I'm running v.93
