Since there are a few things missing fom my BIOS, I thought I'd try it, but nooooooooooooo, it doesn't seem to work in XP or I'm an idiot(which amounts to the same thing)...
I think TweakBIOS requires 9x to work because the NT kernel has an extra level of hoops for programs to jump through to get to the hardware or something like that.
