ooh, this weekend we had a pulehu at my house. We grilled barbecue chicken, hamburger patties, portuguese sausages, shrimp kabobs, and fish ... yummy! Add Coronas, Mooseheads, and Budlight and we were all set!

What are you favorite things to put on the grill?

Hmmm, tough choice, I guess I'll go with ribs...no, strip steak...no, chicken with italian seasoning...no, roast on the rotisserie thingamajig....I know!! smorgasboard!!

pork spare ribs coated in char-sui sauce... maximum yumm.

I like pork tenderloin marinated in olive oil, garlic and rosemary grilled until just barely pink in the very center (@ 150F) and juices just start to run clear. Served with homemade bbq sauce, grilled whole ears of corn and pasta salad.
