Serves 2

8 ounces Oysters, fresh, shucked
1 1/2 cup Flour
1 teaspoon Salt
1/4 teaspoon Pepper
2 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 cups Breadcrumbs, dry
Oil for frying

Heat about 1/2-inch of oil in a heavy skillet to 325. Mix
together the flour, salt, and pepper. Dredge the oyster
first in the flour mix, then in the eggs, and finally into
the breadcrumbs. Add to the oil and cook until lightly
browned (turning once). Drain on paper towels.

Cheers

Oysters MUST be eaten raw to get the full aphrodisiatic effect. You cook 'em, you kill 'em:worm:
