Need a firewall (software)

I've recently set up Mandrake 8.2 on my spare HD and I noticed that the default firewall isn't all that configurable. Does anyone know of a firewall software for Linux and/or how to configure custom port and security settings and what not with the default firewall?

Any help would be appreciated.

I'm not sure what MDK default firewall is based on but i suspect it is iptables?

Well there's lots of good docs around the net for iptables...i'd start first by visiting linuxdoc.org and reading the HOWTO.Next would be google.com and then freshmeat.net for some gui based firewall tools that i think you are looking for? Hope this helps.
