That's the Amex building (3WFC); you can just barely see my building off in the left and back (4WFC). The Amex building is supposed to open sometime in April while Merrill Lynch's south tower (2WFC) just reopened (see my party thread).

Also West Street (aka The Westside Hwy) and Battery Street Tunnel to Brooklyn just reopened yesterday.

Also that gash is waiting for its new granite (marble? Q help me out here) to be replaced (they're parked outside my building for about the last week now).

Could be either Huge, but my guess would be granite, as it's much more dense than marble, far more resistant to the elements. Also there's a buttload of it around there. NYC is sitting on granite.
