DTOLE?

This is the third time in the past two weeks that I've got this error. When I click "close" it don't. WTF is it?

The picture did not automatically show because the board does not automatically show BMP files (IE is the only browser that supports displaying BMP images in web pages)

As for the program crash, can you recall what you are doing at the time this crash occurs? for instance, what programs you are running, and if you perform any specific action that causes this crash...

Dtole.exe looks like it is something to do with HP & keyboard shortcuts - by any chance do you have an internet keyboard with the extra shortcut buttons?

In any case if you open up msconfig you should be able to deselect it from running at all.
