An alleged computer hacker from Wisconsin who dubbed himself "Dr. Chaos" stored more than one pound of potentially lethal cyanide in the heart of the Loop in an underground CTA storage room he turned into his lair, authorities said Monday.

But investigators insisted that Joseph Daniel Konopka, 25, who was last known to live with his grandmother near Green Bay, posed no threat to the subway-riding public.

It's bad enough that we have foreign people wanting to harm people here in this country but we have people like this guy and that kid in Florida that crashed the small plane into the bank building. Why would any real American want to do these things? It's beyond me.
