I was watching tv tonight and they had an episode of American Justice that featured Bill Heirens who was accused of three grizzly murders back in the mid 1940's. The story was surprisingly biased saying how there were all kinds of reasons why he shouldn't have been convicted. They talked on and on for an hour about it saying how poorly things were done in those days.

What kept going through my mind while they were saying this stuff is: if he didn't do it then where there any more killings after he was convicted with the same MO? There was no mention of any. This guy has several people feeling sorry for him, but I am not convinced.

I was looking at Google and came up with this link: http://www.crimelibrary.com/serial4/heirens/
