What is it? A total reconstruction of doom? A quake mod?

opengl in doom. i didn't like doom, and i don't think it looks all that great either :\

I better correct myself. I've got the Alpha of Doom 3.

It's a total port of the doom source code. And it includes more than purty screenshots. Total client/server model, 3d models, etc.
