Access denied?

The unpredictable
Happened twice to me last week. I uninstalled a program from my computer at work and when I proceed to delete the folder it says "Access Denied, can't delete" something like that. I can't touch it even with Admin user. At home it happened with my Antivirus program folder. It simply stopped working because the folder is not accessible anymore. I did not heard any recent news about any new viruses, so I have to assume it's Win2K malfunction? Did it happen to some of you?
I simply don't know how to exclude the folder... :retard:

The unpredictable
Well I found the reason, the IIS had 2 virtual folders pointing to adresses within the location in question. I just don't know about my home PC. Avast simply stopped working because it can't access the folder in which it is installed, I can't uninstall either...
