if you start fresh, load 98 then 2k. 2k will ask if you want keep the old OS. I've got both with no extra software needed. When you boot up it asks which one you want to go to.

It's the mobo, I just tried the cpu in another computer and it started ok. I pulled the ram and got no beeps.

Got a computer here that won't start. 1. Power button works to turn computer on but don't work to turn it off. 2. No video (tried a good know vid card) 3. Hard drive makes that nice little motor sound at start up then no sounds after that.(HD works in other puter) 4. Power supply is good...
