It came installed on my laptoip but I did something that has made the task bar twice the size and trying to lower it is not working?? I figured it is the same way as with win 98se isn't it and if not how.Thnx,

Did you unlock the taskbar by right clicking on it then dragging to the size you want?

Yes then when it becomes the correct size I go to lock and show the quick launch and it pops up higher once again?
