Will the volcano2 fit???

Will the Thermaltake Volcano2 heatsink fit on a Socket 5 motherboard?? I'm building a totally quiet system consisting of a P75@120 and that cpu gets pretty darn hot at that speed. Don't want to put a fan on that heatsink beacause of the noise. Will this Volcano 2 heatsink fit ??

Every motherboard is different... you'll have to check the dimensions of the sink and measure the clearance around your socket because it's possible some capacitors may be in the way.
 
Probably not unless you "glue" it, since it's designed for Sock A MoBos and Sock 5 are smaller in size. I heard about Arctic Epoxi or something, don't know if it's enough tough. Specially if the cooler is going to stay in the vertical.
 
It would fit on a Socket 7 board, because the socket pretty much has the same dimensions as a Socket 462, which is what that heatsink is designed for
