It's so hard to pick a monitor without seeing the display first hand.
I went the cheap way when I got mine (Magview 19") I REGRET it now! my eyes are constantly hurting, the text is not as sharp as I would like. I'm running it at 1024x768 @85Hz.
so now I'm in the market for a GOOD monitor. I will do in store viewing and comparisons..... do not go cheap in this part of your computer..............My 2 cents worth

The final results should be the actual "look" of the monitor but narrow it down by dot pitch(smaller is better) for sharpness and resolution(larger is better).

This will be the only thing that I'm goin to go see before I buy. The final judgement will happen in store.

Thanks for the input guys.
