visit to get the latest computer related information?
I am becomming more and more disappointed every time i got to places like Sharkys extreme, toms, anands, extreme tech and the like.
None of them are extreme anymore and most, if you go to their reviews and articles its a month or 2 old.
What gives? Most of these sites are well funded compared to sites like ours.
Anyways im just curious where everyone goes.
 
Toms is less of an extreme site and more of a just-say-a-bunch-of-technical-stuff-99%-of-us-can't-understand site unless you read their Intel articles. They overclock their pentium 4's to 3 gig but don't put any real effort into overclocking Athlon XP's... 1.86 gig, pfft, I could make that speed on air.

The only forums that really have a large amount of extreme stuff on them are HardOCP
 
I'm not in tech-site mining in the last 3 months. The last time I checked one it was Anand. Use to check Hardware Analysis often, they had some good articles in the begining, but last time I chacked, the benches were copy/pasted from Anand's.
 
Not much time to do that anymore.

I just swapped my PC mag subscription for Maximum PC. I get most of my info from that.
