someone who has almost everything he needs? I have a friend (guy) who is having a birthday REAL soon and I don't know what to get him!

ask him what dose he want if he says he dont care or dont know
then just take him out you know food,movie and a nice hotel with hot tub

It's the thought that counts. Try to think of the things that he likes, and the things that he doesn't like. Try to stay away from getting him something he doesn't like, and he'll love it anyway since it's from you, but you should probably shoot for something that he'd like but wouldn't get for himself.
 
Are you<i> dating/wanting to date</i> to date him? If so, take him out on a date or something. If not, get him something electronic. Guys always like that :)
