Time to start working out again.

I usually have to take the June- summer off. I have equipment in the garage, weights, heavy bag, dip station and such. Plus I put in long hours with it staying in the high 80's to low 90's up until 10pm down here. That's when I just want a cold beer and cold leather couch to sit on when I get home.
Now that the nights and mornings are getting cooler its time. Cut out the alcohol Sunday, get my diet in check, usually low carb cycle, and start a light routine to get the muscles used to it for a few weeks. Then by November I will have a high rep, high cardio (heavy bag, jump rope) routine going. December brings in the heavier routines on 8 week cycles, hypertrophy, strength, power to round things out.
Right now I'm not looking forward to it..
I had taken about 5 yrs off and pretty much drank constantly unless I was working or on-call.
My blood pressure got up to 221/93, and I felt like crap all the time. Had the equipement in the garage for years so I sat everything back up and now have it down to 115/60 something.
