suspicious as you should be...i think she's playing some kind of sick joke so we can waste our money on that p.o.s. It was horrible...but of course, i hated the 1st one, too.

The missus brow beat me into taking her. Pretty typical sequel. Took any and all humourous, exciting, or even interesting points from the original movie and distorted the hell outta them. Plot was virtually non-existant. Special effects were crude even by 1980 standards. And why the hell have the Rock fight a nearly non-contact fight at the beginning of the movie, only to be replaced by a very poor computer generated replica for the final battle?

IMO a waste of money, even at $5 Cdn for cheapy teusdays.
