Morning heart attacks

A person is most likely to have a stroke or heart attack around 9 am.

This is simply due to the fact of waking up which makes blood platelets more sticky and therefore more likely to form an artery-blocking clot.

Not to mention that you go from deep sleep to sudden activity. That always startles the system.

guess I better stay asleep until after 9 am then...

I've had something close to a mild heart attack, don't remember what it was called, but it was friggin scary. I literally saw my own life flash before my eyes. Not just thought I saw, I know I saw.

It's my own fault though, for being so flubbery.
