Well my favorite wide receiver has joined the dark side.

At least he's still local. There's a good chance of the Raiders going the the bowl with Gannon.

s4, you do have a point, he is near the end of his career. Why did the Raiders sign him to a multi-year deal instead of a one year and see how it works out? The Raiders, with or without Rice are a serious threat this upcoming season. Meanwhile, my team (Duh Bears ) doesn't even have a GM yet.

Well, consider that Rice is being added to the corps with Jett and Brown, and it should extend Rice's career because he won't have to play the whole game every game. He can make a definite contribution but the team's success doesn't rest on his shoulders.
