Caramel Apples!!

Enjoy making this fall classic with the whole family.

Makes 6

6 medium Red apples
14 ounces Caramels
2 Tablespoons Milk
Wooden skewers

Add the caramels and milk to a metal bowl placed over
simmering water on the stove. Stir frequently until melted.
Remove the stems from the apples and press a skewer into
the top. Line a cookie sheet with waxed paper. Dip each
apple into the caramel and coat evenly. Place on the waxed
paper and allow to set until cooled.

I licked the caramel right off and threw away the apple.

I'm with ya! Dats why I jus' buy the package of carmel apple wraps then cut into slices an' disperse them to my youngin's an' myself!
(Kraft carmel cubes work jus' as well.....jus' not as fun as eatin' the wraps the "wrong" way!)
