I got a new toy today and it only cost me $12CND.
It's not the greatest software in the world, but like I said it was $12.
It's got an Office suite(looks like MS office) a photo editor (the reason I bought it) handfull of cheap games (golf, casino, solitaire.....) Free internet, A Money Manager, and an Encyclopedia.

Look Ma! Only $12.

It's called "PC Essentials 2000". I got it off a Canadian aution site.
As for what the photo suite can do, I didn't have much time to play with it yesterday so I still don't know what it can do.
I just did some quick mods to the above pics. The bottom left pic of the cars is the original.
