Hey, how is quitting smoking going for you? I haven't heard any updates recently, and i was just curious. I thought about it when I saw that here in Toledo has the highest smoking rate in the nation. 31% of the ppl smoke here! I saw it in our paper here in the city.

That may be true but we who don't live there keep asking what exactly are they smoking?

So far so good.. I still have one now and then (25 year habit is so hard to break)... but nothing like before. Maybe 2 or 3 cigs a week
