Makes 2 cups
2 cups Pecan halves
1 1/2 ounces Butter, melted
2 teaspoons Cajun seasoning
Toss together all ingredients. Preheat the oven to 325. Make a single layer on a cookie sheet. Bake for 5 minutes. Cool before serving.
