I can't get the SOB to work. It installs fine, loads the intro fine, and bam.

So, I check to make sure I meet the system requirements with the EA tool included with all of their new games. Checked out fine.
Notice there's a new folder in 'My Documents' called 'Command and Conquer Generals Data'. I open it, and find 'ReleaseCrashInfo.txt'. How nice

I give it to my friend who has his laptop right beside me, he installs in, runs error free.
