Baked Sole With Chardonnay And Garlic Butter

White wine and a touch of garlic accent the delicate taste
of sole.

Serves 2

12 ounces Sole fillets
Paprika
White pepper
Salt
1/4 cup Butter, softened
1 1/2 Tablespoon Chardonnay (or any white wine)
1/8 teaspoon Garlic, minced

Preheat the oven to 375. Lightly oil a baking pan. Add the
fillets and lightly season with paprika, white pepper, and
salt. Bake until just beginning to flake (about 4-6
minutes). Blend together the butter, wine, and garlic.
Spoon over the warm fish and serve immediately.
