I was dinkin around with my camera the other night, trying some night shots out. This picture was supposed to come out nice and crisp but I bumped the camera while the shutter was open. Using an Olympus C-3020Z, with a focal length of 19.1mm, F-stop 7, a shutter speed of 4 seconds, and a little opps from the hand managed to produce this. The only thing I have done is reesize the image to 1024x768. Kinda large, but you gotta see it like this to see the way it turned out.

Did you have the shutter open for more length than it takes to shoot the picture? That looks great. There are some filters that will do that for you-make the outside of the shot look blurred or 'soft' but looks like you found a cheaper way to do it! :)

No, I took a few other shots and they turned out just fine with the shutter speed set to that setting. This one just had the ol' hand help out a little to much during the exposure of it. :D
