Still, it's kind of illegal what they're doing... charging them while on hold, unlike the repetitive message that says they're NOT.
Also, that redirect to a 900 number right after calling the 800 number is a real stinker.
Other than that, yeah, people gullible enough to believe they'll actually follow through with what the TV advertisements say SHOULD get a high phone bill.
