What new games are comming out i should be looking into?

I've had the PS2 for awhile and the only game i own is ultimate doom.
I just watch movies with mine.

We had a DVD player already so we only use the PS2 for games.

I miss fighting games for PC. And some graphics on video games are amazingly stunning...
i was thinking in buying a PS1 only to play fighting games...

I wouldn't buy PS1 now. There's no new games coming out for PS1, you'll only be able to get old games. Plus the controllers aren't compatible with PS2 games if you ever upgrade.

Yeah, but old games can be bought very, very cheap. Unlike new PS2 games. I've given up though. I thought the console price was down by now... It costs by 60% the price of the PS2 still...
